These points are most commonly located at the property line or right of way boundaries. There are three types captured:</font></div><div style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><div style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Standard: commonly a small standpipe with a removeable cap.</span></div><div style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><font face="Arial, Verdana">Inspection: commonly a larger diameter </font><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">standpipe </span><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">and is the current municipal standard.</span></div><div style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><font face="Arial, Verdana">Capped: a buried capped pipe with no surface port access.</font></div></div>
